Refund / Return Policy

Any product that has been opened or used is non refundable. Any unopened product returned within 7 days will receive a store credit. Manufacturer warrenties apply to some electrical goods only.

Cancellation Policy on Workshops

All workshops are to be paid in full before start of workshop. A non-refunable deposit of $150 applies to all workshops. The remainder will be refunded if student is to cancel workshop for any reason.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Only orders within Australia will be shipped.

How is freight charged?

We use the weight of your order and the sight automatically calculates freight cost based on current Australia Post charges.

You don't have my product, can you help me?

As you know there are hundreds of products, no wholesaler can possibly carry all of them! We may be able to get your product in, but we have a great range of products many have sample kits for you to try if you feel like a change.

I am not sure if I am buying the right product for what I do or need?

Yes, this can be confusing. You can give us a quick email or phone call with your question/problem and we will be happy to advise you or give you tips and 'how to' on any of the products we sell

Do I have to have a Certificate II in nails to buy products off you?

No. But as you would know some of the products can cause damage to skin/nails if used incorrectly, so long as you have been trained as a Nail Technician, you will know how to use them correctly.
